Día de los Muertos Ceremony (also know as Samhain)

An offering night to our ancestors. Tea, candles, cushions, blankets, an ambient sound journey concert, and a feast.
During this time the veil between worlds is very thin, and we want to honor our ancestors and the indigenous traditions, such as “El día de los Muertos” celebrated in the Dominican Republic and Latin America, and Samhain which is a Celtic tradition.
For this event, we will create a big altar where everyone attending can bring an item, fruits, photos, objects, and anything they wish to offer to those who have passed to other realms. We do this with a light heart of remembrance in the memory of those close to our hearts.
The Day of the Dead in the indigenous vision implies the transitory return of the souls of the deceased who return home to earth, to this world, to live with relatives and to be nourished by the essence of the food that is offered to them in the altar and placed there in their honor.

PRICE: We have 3 dif prices listed below and we encourage you to pay what you feel worth. :)
You will be asked to bring fruits, food, flowers, photos, and objects, to co-create an altar in remembrance of our ancestors who have passed away. We will then eat and feast together in their memory.
Arrive 20 minutes before and in good time to settle in. Doors will be closed at 18.45

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
The tickets are non refundable and you cannot change the date(s) to another event/session, but you are welcome to pass it on if you are unable to participate. If you pass on your ticket of this event let us know in advance by sending an email to hi@roatelier.eu
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to deny entry to anyone. Should the event be cancelled all payments will be refunded back to the participant.

About your hosts:
Ioana is a transylvanian born ambient musician and reiki healer who likes to loom sound journeys, soft vocals and healing intentions.
Ro is a certified sound healer, yoga teacher, graphic designer and all-Goddess. She is the creator and owner of Ro Atelier, a nurturing project based in Copenhagen, weaving movement, music, poetry, tarot, soundscapes, presence and matters of the soul. It is her mission to awaken everyone’s inner healer, and through her events workshops, collaborations and gatherings simply to connect with people from a place of essence, love, slowness and, magick.
