Born from the Caribbean Sea, I feel like a waterveaver creating threads between the liminal and the tangible. Lover of nature.
Ro Atelier is my heart’s devotion. I host ongoing classes, women’s circles, and ceremonial gatherings in Copenhagen, inviting people into soft spaces of reflection where sound, poetry, movement, and intuition intertwine, often in collaboration with other beings. I offer experiences that support deep rest, renewal, and reconnection with essence.
Rooted in over a decade of study and more than 10,000 hours of teaching and self-guided exploration, my background is shaped by studies in traditional Hatha yoga in India, yoga therapy with the Mohan family, Integral Sound Practice with the Sound Healing Academy, Tarot (self-taught), ancestral wisdom, and, more recently, started studying plants and Herbalism.
