During this evening, there will be exercises to connect to yourself and others. Sensing yourself through others is a whole new dimension of liberation and exploration, that has such a high liberating and deep potential.
Siff has a special gift of creating a playful, deep and free room where interaction with each other feels easy and safe.
The evening will both contain exercises and guidance to sense your body and feelings in different areas, and a part of non-verbal guidance with more focus on the free unfolding of inner and outer senses with a highly chosen playlist to support.
Ro will offer a sacred sound journey in stillness to allow all to integrate within.

The tickets are non refundable and you cannot change the date(s) to another event/session, but you are welcome to pass it on if you are unable to participate. If you pass on your ticket of this event let us know in advance by sending an email to hi@roatelier.eu

About your hosts:
Siff is here to guide you into a deeper inner contact with yourself and support you in your transformation so that you can create a life in accordance with your authentic self.
She is educated as a sensory trainer, with a 3-year diploma course, where she has built up and developed her skills in therapy, body contact, meditation, art and working with nature.
Rose is a certified sound healer, yoga teacher, graphic designer and all-Goddess. She is the creator and owner of Ro Atelier, a nurturing project based in Copenhagen, weaving movement, music, poetry, tarot, soundscapes, presence and matters of the soul. It is her mission to awaken everyone’s inner healer, and through her events workshops, collaborations and gatherings simply to connect with people from a place of essence, love, slowness and, magick.
