The breakfasts include power smoothies, homemade granola, fresh fruit, herb omelets, toasted coconut bread, coffe & herbal teas.
Combining Dominican and Latin American cuisine, the week's menu will consist of Caro’s inspiring recipes prepared in her restaurant called “Gitana”. Using seasonal fruits, vegetables , eggs coming from their free-range hens, tubes, and much more from The Lodge’s organically grown garden. The menu will be designed especially for our needs, always with vegetarian and vegan options.
El Valle is a fishing community and all their fish is purchased fresh and locally. The area is full of fruit trees and herbs, it is blessed with the abundance and ease of being able to get fresh and organic products. Carolina highlights the value of the local, fresh, and seasonal products. She believes that is their luxury.
