CLASS DESCRIPTION
Deep restful, and insightful soundscape experience that can spark you into a coherent state of being.
A soundscape/Sound Healing journey has proven to be quite effective for regulating your nervous system and through this class, you will get just that.
This journey can take you to greater depths of relaxation and ease. The quality of the tones coming from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, wind chimes, drums, rattles, monochords, and many other unique and therapeutic instruments have the power to shift the vibrational energy of the mind, body, and heart.
To name some of the many benefits of working with sound, one can slow down the brainwave frequencies, and shift into a parasympathetic nervous response, which is ideal for restoring and healing and it can help to reduce stress, tension, and anxiety almost immediately.

A dynamic yoga class that is both active, energizing, passive, and restful.
Expect a Vinyasa flow class which will be focused on strengthening, sustaining, and energizing the body & mind. Asana practice, breathing techniques, and meditation will be incorporated.
This class can be quite useful for those of you that are mentally very active and would like to calm down and connect more with the body. You are welcome to stay for a soundscape journey class afterwards, which can be integrative and allow you to find a deep state of relaxation and ease.
