Allow yourself to shift into a space of profound renewal. Combining Yin yoga, and soundscapes, will be focused on elevating the subtle energy (chi) in the whole body.
Slowly melting into the yin poses accompanied by sound vibrations, this practice is ideal for restoring and resting. It can stimulate sensorial perceptions and intuition.
This immersive class can help you if you experience anxiety, stress, depression, and bring you to a calm present state. To find silence, presence, and radiance in your own natural body.

A dynamic yoga class that is both active, energizing, passive, and restful.
Expect a Vinyasa flow class which will be focused on strengthening, sustaining, and energizing the body & mind. Asana practice, breathing techniques, and meditation will be incorporated.
This class can be quite useful for those of you that are mentally very active and would like to calm down and connect more with the body. lowing through soundscape journey afterwards which can be integrative and allow you to find a deep state of relaxation, rest and ease.
